I discovered 5Rhythms in 2018 during a difficult time in my life. Movement gave me a way to meet what I was carrying and reconnect with myself.
As I kept returning to the dance floor, I found more room for feeling, expression and connection. That experience shapes the way I teach today.

I invite people to explore movement with sincerity and curiosity. In my classes, you can listen to your body, choose your own pace and move in the ways that feel available to you.
Unity Waves is a place to practice with others while respecting each person’s experience and boundaries.
I am a Certified 5Rhythms® Teacher based in Washington DC. I have been dancing since 2018 and teaching since 2024. I teach the Waves map and speak English and Farsi.
Connection takes
many forms.
I also serve as CEO of Pro Companion. Through Unity Waves and Pro Companion, my work brings attention to movement, personal support and human connection in different settings.
